The customer care team are, by far, one of the most sociable, often dressing-up each Friday and regularly holding cake competitions – but this is unsurprising, seeing as they’re the friendly faces of Neptune HQ for our customers. They’re also probably the most multi-lingual team; walk past their desks and you’re likely to hear as many as seven different languages.
Their days are busy and varied, including all sorts from answering questions about stock levels and colours, to sizing our products and everything in between. They collaborate with the rest of Neptune to support customers and stores through every step of the order process, from initial enquiries to years down the line. In short, they’re resolution finders, and they genuinely care a great deal about their customers.
