To ensure a genuinely engaging and rewarding experience across all touchpoints, a truly customer-centric approach is the ‘golden thread’ that runs throughout the team. We ask, listen, collaborate, then offer everything we can. In-order to achieve this, you’ll:
- Build and maintain brand love, through the development of mutually beneficial and hugely engaging relationships with our customers
- Manage the implementation of all customer communication and content, from inception to completion including the discovery of insight thereafter
- Develop and champion robust CRM strategies that will deliver to the brand and relationship strategy
