Retention and Loyalty Manager

Our marketing department is made up of creative souls, strategists and data-driven experts. They’re the people behind our national advertising campaigns, the look and feel of our website, as well as all of our printed literature including our lifestyle book – Stories. From designers and web developers to writers and stylists, they work collaboratively and alongside many of the other departments to promote, manage and maintain the consistency of our brand across the UK.

Much like everyone else at Neptune, the marketing team are a fun and friendly group of people. So, while you’ll often find them heads-down and working hard, they’ve got a wonderful sense of humour too.

The role

Working closely with our Marketing Director, Head of Marketing and a deeply talented team, you’ll nurture and enrich the rapport we have with our customers; what a great responsibility to have.

To ensure a genuinely engaging and rewarding experience across all touchpoints, a truly customer-centric approach is the ‘golden thread’ that runs throughout the team.  We ask, listen, collaborate, then offer everything we can.  In-order to achieve this, you’ll:

  • Build and maintain brand love, through the development of mutually beneficial and hugely engaging relationships with our customers
  • Manage the implementation of all customer communication and content, from inception to completion including the discovery of insight thereafter
  • Develop and champion robust CRM strategies that will deliver to the brand and relationship strategy

You and what you'll need

We’re looking for someone who knows exactly what exceptional customer experience really looks and feels like.  No doubt, you’ll appreciate all the good things in life too, therefore importantly, you’ll be someone who can really walk in our customers’ shoes.

With proven experience in managing and coordinating multi-channel CRM marketing campaigns, end to end, you’ll think in a strategic and balanced way. And, you’ll need a natural eye for detail as you’ll need to derive critical insight from data too.
