Neptune Store Developments Ltd, may be a company in and of itself, but it's still integrally part of Neptune. They take often unusual, sometimes even derelict properties and turn them into the architecturally beautiful stores we have in brilliant locations across the UK and Europe. Our in-house property team work extremely hard to ensure our stores are built to the highest standards, each one completely unique and full of charm. But we just don't stop at our own retail stores. • Review existing supplier agreements, managing all supplier relationships and communications
  • Analyse monthly costs and documentation against build programme and reporting on variances
  • Provide cross department advice and support, linking closely with site and other HQ based teams

You and what you need
We are looking for someone with a high level of site or supplier acquired knowledge and a sound technical understanding of a range of construction disciplines and build related products and services. You'll ideally hold CIPS qualifications or be studying towards them, but your eagerness to learn is just as important to us.
You'll have strong analytical, organisational and Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel along with lots of passion and drive to get the job done.
