Step inside our Neptune Home store in Hare Hatch, nestled between Maidenhead and Reading, and you’ll be immersed in everything we create; beautifully crafted furniture, kitchens, upholstery and all the little things that help to give a home soul.  An historic gate lodge with over 6,500 sq ft across 2 levels, 3 design offices, an expansive garden and a stunning oak frame barn, Reading showcases the very best of Neptune.

The role

At Neptune, we believe it’s just as important to keep our staff happy as it is our customers and with this in mind, we’d like to welcome a new Store Manager to our Neptune family. 

Responsible for leading the store to success, you will motivate and inspire the team to provide World Class Service in everything they do. Living and breathing our brand values and always looking for opportunities to improve the experience for our customers.

You and what you need

To succeed, you'll be a confident and articulate leader with proven success as a business and team manager.  An ability to be take ownership is crucial along with experience gained in a service focused environment.
