From our own, white-glove service for delivering larger pieces in the UK and Ireland, to our courier and international partners, rest assured that we’ve done everything we can to make sure your order gets to you on time and in one, perfect piece.
Delivery’s also entirely free if you’re in the UK and spend over £50 (or €100 in Ireland).
We believe that returns should be easy, which is why we approach them with a ‘no quibble’ mindset. And, you’ll also have 28 days to do so – just in case you need time to mull things over.
When it comes to designs upholstered in a made-to-order fabric or painted in a bespoke colour, there’s also a 20% returns/cancellation fee. We’d love to not have to charge a penny for this, but as they’re made just for you, we can’t always guarantee that we’ll be able to sell them again.
If you’ve bought something from us outside the UK or Ireland, just get in touch with the store you bought it from – or with our international team if you bought it through them – and they’ll let you know how you can return or exchange it.
And talk to our international team on +44 (0)1793 427 427 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.

We’ve put together this guide on taking care of your cabinetry so that it stays looking as beautiful as the day you first brought it home.
The colours in our paint palette shown here are a close representation of their true shades, but to see the real thing, we suggest trying our sample paint pots.
This cabinet comes with Chrome hardware – including roller door catches and a pull handle – to match most tap finishes.
A closer look at Jarrow
When it comes to painted timber, we use tulipwood, a strong and resilient hardwood. Left bare, it’s not the prettiest to look at, but its fine, almost knot-free grain creates a smooth finish for paint, so its dull appearance is in fact a virtue.
We take great care over our painted finishes and give every design what it needs to be robust. We vary the number of coats and use both hand-painted and spray-painted techniques depending on what that shade requires. We also use our low-sheen, water-based eggshell, which is perfectly suited to bathrooms.
There are three adjustable shelves in Jarrow, made from glass so they’re easy to wipe clean should a squirt of toothpaste go astray, with chamfered edges. These rest on an attractive and secure support system, and are easy to move around as and when your storage needs change.
As well as the bevelled mirror on the front, there’s another mirror set into the back of the cupboard and LED lights hidden around the frame that turn on when the door is open. The first mirror – the door – opens using a discreet pull handle in the bottom corner.
