From our own, white-glove service for delivering larger pieces in the UK and Ireland, to our courier and international partners, rest assured that we’ve done everything we can to make sure your order gets to you on time and in one, perfect piece.
Delivery’s also entirely free if you’re in the UK and spend over £50 (or €100 in Ireland).
We believe that returns should be easy, which is why we approach them with a ‘no quibble’ mindset. And, you’ll also have 28 days to do so – just in case you need time to mull things over.
When it comes to designs upholstered in a made-to-order fabric or painted in a bespoke colour, there’s also a 20% returns/cancellation fee. We’d love to not have to charge a penny for this, but as they’re made just for you, we can’t always guarantee that we’ll be able to sell them again.
If you’ve bought something from us outside the UK or Ireland, just get in touch with the store you bought it from – or with our international team if you bought it through them – and they’ll let you know how you can return or exchange it.
And talk to our international team on +44 (0)1793 427 427 or at email@example.com.

We’ve put together a series of guides on how best to take care of your Chichester washstand, so you can keep them looking as good as the day you first brought them home.
The colours in our paint palette shown here are a close representation of their true shades, but to see the real thing, we suggest trying our sample paint pots.
This washstand comes with Chrome hardware – including muffled magnetic door catches and Chichester knobs – to match most tap finishes.
All our basins have ‘flip-top’ (also known as swivel) plugs. But, these can be easily removed if you’d prefer a different style.
This piece is made from natural timber, which will expand (slightly) and shrink (just a little) as it responds to the humidity and temperature in your room. We’ve used joinery techniques that’ll help to counteract this, but small changes in your piece are completely natural and to be expected. Just know that, in the very unlikely event that there’s a significant change to the structure, we’ll be here to help.
A closer look at Chichester
When it comes to painted timber, we use tulipwood – a strong and resilient hardwood. Its fine, almost knot-free grain makes it perfectly suited to a painted finish, so you get the best of both worlds – strength and smoothness.
Not every piece of furniture and every colour of paint needs the same process – a ‘one finish suits all’ approach won’t ever give you the best result possible. That’s why we vary the number of coats and use both hand-painted and spray-painted techniques depending on what that shade requires.
Carrara marble is a naturally occurring metamorphic rock. It’s grey-white in colour, and has darker veining that makes each piece unique. It’s a beautiful material, it just requires more hands-on care than other stones. Don’t worry, it doesn’t take long and you’ll find exactly what to do in our care guide.
The marble has a sleek, polished finish – a classic look that’s a contrasting texture to the almost-matte eggshell paint. We’ve sealed it to help protect against stains, and we suggest that you reapply it using our stone care kit each year.
All our bathroom basins are ceramic – it’s the material we’ve found to be the best combination of durability and looks. On this style, which sits below the work surface, the overflow hole is hidden out of first sight on the side closest to you.
What about taps?
We’ve pre-drilled the holes for the taps into the marble top – you needn’t worry about that. But we haven’t included the taps themselves so you can pick the style. The holes will fit most three-hole designs, including our Bamburgh .
Storage: the drawers
The drawers on either side of the basin pull forwards to reveal slim spaces for everyday essentials. The top ‘drawer’ in the middle is a false one, but below this is a petite drawer that fits around the waste pipe, and a doubly-deep one (disguised as two) for standing bottles in. All are fitted on soft-close runners.
Storage: the cupboards
On the back of each cupboard door is a caddy that’s useful for storing often-used items within easy reach, for keeping cleaning products separate, or for taller bottles that won’t fit on the shelf.
