From our own, white-glove service for delivering larger pieces in the UK and Ireland, to our courier and international partners, rest assured that we’ve done everything we can to make sure your order gets to you on time and in one, perfect piece.
Delivery’s also entirely free if you’re in the UK and spend over £50 (or €100 in Ireland).
We believe that returns should be easy, which is why we approach them with a ‘no quibble’ mindset.
And, you’ll also have 28 days to do so – just in case you need time to mull things over.
When it comes to designs painted in a bespoke colour or fabric by the metre, there’s also a 20% returns/cancellation fee. We’d love to not have to charge a penny for this, but as they’re made just for you, we can’t always guarantee that we’ll be able to sell them again.

A closer look at Alice
A neutral palette
We chose a palette of warm whites and neutrals for Alice, plus a couple of muted colours, so there’s scope for everything from an all-white look to bolder contrasts. The oatmeal and brown shades go especially well with textured bed linen, while the darker shades help to ground paler colour schemes.
A choice of fabrics
Alice comes in a choice of linens, from light, fine weaves to medium weights for more texture, and heavier ones that work well if you like to layer lots of different textiles on your bed. These can be changed with the seasons – a lightweight linen for summer, and a thicker one to go with woollen blankets in winter.
Design is in the detail
Alice is lined with a sturdy cotton fabric, which we also use to make the top. You won’t see either when the valance is on the bed, but they’re there to make it strong and durable.
