From our own, white-glove service for delivering larger pieces in the UK and Ireland, to our courier and international partners, rest assured that we’ve done everything we can to make sure your order gets to you on time and in one, perfect piece.
Delivery’s also entirely free if you’re in the UK and spend over £50 (or €100 in Ireland).
We believe that returns should be easy, which is why we approach them with a ‘no quibble’ mindset. And, you’ll also have 28 days to do so – just in case you need time to mull things over.
When it comes to designs upholstered in a made-to-order fabric or painted in a bespoke colour, there’s also a 20% returns/cancellation fee. We’d love to not have to charge a penny for this, but as they’re made just for you, we can’t always guarantee that we’ll be able to sell them again.
If you’ve bought something from us outside the UK or Ireland, just get in touch with the store you bought it from – or with our international team if you bought it through them – and they’ll let you know how you can return or exchange it.
And talk to our international team on +44 (0)1793 427 427 or at email@example.com.

A closer look at Chichester
When it comes to painted timber, we use tulipwood – a strong and resilient hardwood. Its fine, almost knot-free grain makes it perfectly suited to a painted finish, so you’ll benefit from both strength and smoothness. The exposed timber rail though is solid oak, with all of the natural knots and colour variations that are part of its charm (we’ve written more about oak’s qualities here).
Not every piece of furniture and every colour of paint needs the same process – a ‘one finish suits all’ approach won’t ever give you the best result. That’s why we vary the number of coats and use both hand-painted and spray-painted techniques depending on what that shade needs most.
This wardrobe was designed with adaptability in mind, because no two people’s storage needs are the same. So, the hanging rail and three shelves inside can all be adjusted (we like to place one shelf above the rail for storing less-used items), and there’s a generously sized drawer beneath.
The detailing on the door and drawer fronts, the cornice and the skirting all add just a hint of traditional style. What’s less noticeable at first – but just as important – are aspects like the load-bearing (and attractive) zig-zag shelving supports, the satisfying click of the chrome door catches, and the drawer that pulls out fully and closes softly.
