We wanted to say sorry for the disruption and long queues at our warehouse sale on Thursday 16th May. As you may be aware, our payment provider let us down, preventing us from taking payments for several hours. 

We offered customers a voucher by way of apology for this - we have now received the majority of voucher requests from Thursdays ticket holders and are processing these now.
