Highclere is made in Britain by Vispring, the pioneers of luxuriously comfortable mattresses. This design contains two levels of tension within one mattress, so everyone enjoys a good night’s sleep. Natural fillings and pocket springs ensure support, while the traditional quilted cover and hand side-stitching complete the classic design.

What is dual tension?

A dual tension mattress features two levels of tension within the same mattress (as opposed to our individual zip & link mattresses). They are designed for couples who need different firmness ratings, so no one has to compromise.   

    Care guide

    • Remove dust every few months using a soft brush.
    • Do not vacuum as this can displace the natural fillings.
    • Soak up spillages with a soft dry cloth.
     

    Delivery

    • If your order is over £150 (or €250 in Ireland), your delivery will be free.  
    • For orders under £150 (or €250 in Ireland), it’s £6.95 (or €30 in Ireland). 
    • If your order is available now for UK mainland delivery, we'll deliver it within 5-10 working days. Otherwise, it’ll arrive in the estimated time frame stated above and at checkout. 
    • Furniture orders to mainland UK or Northern Ireland will arrive via our white glove service. We’ll unbox and position your items, assemble anything that’s needed and take away the packaging for recycling. 
    • If you’re ordering outside mainland UK or Northern Ireland, items will be sent through our international delivery partners.

    Returns

    • You can return most items within 28 days of delivery, but you may be charged for a courier or collection service
    • If you cancel your order within 24 hours, you will be fully refunded
    • You are unable to amend, cancel or return made to order and painted to order designs
