Delivery
- Orders over £150 (or €250 in Ireland) qualify for free delivery.
- For orders under £150 (or €250 in Ireland), a delivery fee of £6.95 applies (£30 in Ireland).
- If your order is in stock and eligible for parcel delivery to mainland UK, one of our approved couriers will deliver it within 5 days.
- For larger products, we offer our White Glove Service delivery within 21 days (mainland UK and Northern Ireland only).
- For items with an estimated delivery timeframe, we’ll either dispatch them upon arrival or contact you to arrange delivery.
- If you’re ordering outside mainland UK or Northern Ireland, we ship through our international delivery partners. Please refer to our full terms and conditions for more details.

Returns
- You can return most items within 28 days of delivery, but you may be charged for a courier or collection service.
- If you cancel your order within 24 hours, you will be fully refunded
- You are unable to amend, cancel or return made to order and painted to order designs
