Harrogate 6 Seater Dining Table

Change colour

A closer look at Harrogate

Harrogate is reminiscent of farmhouse kitchen pieces, with its pedestal legs and mix of oak and painted timber. It’s the dependable, homely centrepiece, but every inch – from the crisp edged tabletop to the thoughtfully designed feet – is finely made, and its finish suits contemporary spaces too.

Materials: oak

Oak, because it’ll look more than good in your home. You can expect the odd knot here and the odd change in wood grain there – which means no two tables will ever look quite the same – but overall, it’s a well-balanced timber.

Materials: tulipwood

When it comes to painted timber, we use tulipwood – a strong and resilient hardwood. Its fine, almost knot-free grain makes it perfectly suited to a painted finish, so you get the best of both worlds – strength and smoothness.

Finish: IsoGuard®

The oak tabletop is protected with IsoGuard®, our timber treatment oil. Think of it as a defence barrier, but one that you’d never know was there. IsoGuard® comes in a few finishes; this one’s Chalked Oak, which gives the oak a soft, pale colour that highlights the grain.

Finish: paint

Not every piece of furniture and every colour of paint needs the same process – a ‘one finish suits all’ approach won’t ever give you the best result possible. That’s why we vary the number of coats and use both hand-painted and spray-painted techniques depending on what that shade needs.

Design detail

Harrogate’s pedestal legs let you get more people around the table, because whoever’s sat next to one won’t have a leg in the way of their knees. They’re also set in from the edge, so someone can even perch at either end too.

Taking care of Harrogate

We’ve put together this guide on taking care of your dining table, so that it stays looking as beautiful as the day you first brought it home.

We take our delivery service seriously. Neptune transport, Neptune people, Neptune service.

Our white glove service means you’ll have a two-man delivery team. That means no heavy lifting on your part is needed. They’ll take it to your desired spot, assemble it for you and take away the packaging for recycling. The assembly service does exclude fitted furniture.

No-quibble returns

Returns should be easy, that’s why we have a ‘no quibble’ mindset.

If you decide on the day that it’s not for you then our delivery team can take it away for you there and then. But if you’d rather mull things over, you have 28 days to make up your mind. We do charge a pick-up fee of £29.95 here though, because we’ll need to send our delivery team back out.

And when it comes to designs upholstered in a made-to-order fabric or painted in a bespoke colour, there’s also a 30% returns/cancellation fee. We’d love to not have to charge a penny for this, but as they’re made just for you, we can’t always guarantee that we’ll be able to sell them again.
