The parasol has a chrome stem that ends in teak spokes, as well as a traditional rope pulley mechanism – just like the rest of the set, it’s designed to stand the test of time and be a pleasure to use. The canvas canopy is treated so it doesn’t fade in the sun, and has a UPF factor of 50+, meaning it’ll help shield you from both UVA and UVB rays.
Included in your set
Also included are the chair cushions, but if you’d like to add scatters, those are available separately here.
The table has a rustic, farmhouse-style design, but this version combines timber with a natural bluestone tabletop. It’s slightly more contemporary than the solid teak Stanway, but will still suit more classic homes.
Teak’s a hardwood that’s full of natural oils, so it’s practical for outdoors. Stanway comes pre-treated with our IsoGuard® oil to soften its honey-brown colour and protect it from the elements. The wood will weather though, taking on a silvery tint over time.
By designing an aluminium honeycomb core and wrapping the natural stone around it, the tabletop has all the robust character of bluestone, without the impractical weight. The colour has a mottled hint of blue to its charcoal grey tone. And we’ve chosen a honed finish over a polished one, which is more subtle and neutral. It comes sealed too, to give it a layer of protection.
The backrest on the chairs leans back just a little, so you’re upright but relaxed. It’s also curved, so it fits around your upper back or shoulders. The legs are wrapped with wicker almost all the way down, with just the bottom of the aluminium frame exposed (where it’s most likely to get dirty). And each foot’s capped in plastic, so the chair moves around easily.
Cadiz is made with a woven resin fibre we call ‘all-weather wicker’. It’s got very much the same look as natural rattan, but it’s happy being left outside (as well as having a longer lifespan), making your life much easier.
The seat cushions
All our garden furniture cushions are made from natural-coloured, weather-resistant fabric, so you needn’t bring them inside if there’s a quick summer shower. They’re not completely weatherproof, though, so don’t leave them out all year long or in pouring rain. They’re filled with foam, which is soft but keeps its shape well, and the covers are removable, so they’re easy to clean.
Delivered to you, safe and sound

We believe that returns should be easy, which is why we approach them with a ‘no quibble’ mindset. And, you’ll also have 28 days to do so – just in case you need time to mull things over.
