From our own, white-glove service for delivering larger pieces in the UK and Ireland, to our courier and international partners, rest assured that we’ve done everything we can to make sure your order gets to you on time and in one, perfect piece.
Delivery’s also entirely free if you’re in the UK and spend over £50 (or €100 in Ireland).
We believe that returns should be easy, which is why we approach them with a ‘no quibble’ mindset. And, you’ll also have 28 days to do so – just in case you need time to mull things over.
When it comes to designs upholstered in a made-to-order fabric or painted in a bespoke colour, there’s also a 20% returns/cancellation fee. We’d love to not have to charge a penny for this, but as they’re made just for you, we can’t always guarantee that we’ll be able to sell them again.
If you’ve bought something from us outside the UK or Ireland, just get in touch with the store you bought it from – or with our international team if you bought it through them – and they’ll let you know how you can return or exchange it.
And talk to our international team on +44 (0)1793 427 427 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Although it’s been sealed inside, we still recommend that you line Southrop before adding plants, so it’ll have the longest life possible. It’s also worth noting that there are holes in the base so your plants don’t become waterlogged.
There’s no need to do anything to look after this planter, but if you like, you can give it a gentle clean with mild soapy water now and then. If possible, letting it dry out occasionally will help slow the ageing process too.
A closer look at Southrop
Southrop’s made from pine, which we’ve painted using our water-based eggshell that’s suitable for using outdoors. Pine’s a fairly lightweight timber to make it easier to pick up your planter and move it around.
The inside of this planter’s sealed against moisture using a special paint (the kind used on boat hulls). It’s not completely watertight, but it’ll help keep your plants from drying out. There are also small pads that raise the planter off the floor to protect it from damp underfoot.
