Capturing the beauty and nuance of the majestic oak tree in painterly watercolour, our Francesca bauble is covered in the sprawling branches and familiar leaves designed for us by North Yorkshire-based print and textile designer Francesca Wardle. To translate the artwork onto the baubles, we collaborated with a fifth-generation potter and ceramicist from Staffordshire who hand makes each one.

The bauble is made from earthenware ceramic.
It includes a muted brass topper.
Finished with a generous length of Ester ribbon in a Lead Light colour.
Each length of ribbon is hand-sewn into a loop ready for hanging.
Handmade in the UK, each bauble will have unique variations in the design.
The design is printed using lithographs, then the pieces are cut, shaped and kiln fired.
The clay bauble base has been left in its natural, matt state.

They’re packaged individually in an oak leaf print recycled card gift box.
