A closer look at Keswick

In a space with lots of warm, natural textures like timber, linen and wool, add in a piece like this Keswick mirror to create a welcome point of contrast in a subtle way. It has a fine, brushed brass frame that’ll give you just a hint of metallic glimmer, without losing any of that warmth.

Materials and finish

Although Keswick’s frame has a brass coating, it’s actually made of steel. It’s a pairing that offers the best of strength and looks. ‘Brushing’ the brass tones down the colour, gives it a satin finish that softens glare, and leaves swirling brush marks that catch any light in the room.

Design detail

There are no details in Keswick’s frame – just square-edged brass – which is what makes it feel both contemporary and timeless. The mirror glass has a bevelled edge so it works in more classic spaces too. It also comes with an incredibly strong metal cleat on the back to hang it with.

Ways to use it

Not too big and not too small, this neat, slim mirror is a good size for hanging above a bathroom sink. Pair it with the Brompton brass wall lights on either side if you want a cohesive feel.

Just so you know

Because of its steel frame, the Keswick mirror is relatively heavy. The French cleat fixing that attaches it to a wall makes positioning it much easier, distributes its weight evenly so you can be sure it’s secure, and creates a snug fit with the wall. To hang, you’ll need to select fixings that are best for your wall, which is why we haven’t included these.

Taking care of Keswick

You want: easy-to-care-for pieces that you don’t need to tiptoe around. We’ve got: easy-to-read-through care guides that give you just that.

Right this way

We take our delivery service seriously. Neptune transport, Neptune people, Neptune service.

Our white glove service means you’ll have a two-man delivery team. That means no heavy lifting on your part is needed. They’ll take it to your desired spot, assemble it for you and take away the packaging for recycling. The assembly service doesn't include fitted furniture.

For homes and customers outside of the UK and Ireland, our international team are here to help arrange shipping and delivery. Call us on +44 (0)1793 427 427 or e-mail  and together we’ll sort out the best method for you.

No-quibble returns

We believe that returns should be easy, that’s why we approach them with a ‘no quibble’ mindset. If you decide on the day that it’s not for you then our delivery team can take it away for you there and then, free of charge.

But if you’d rather mull things over, you have 28 days to make up your mind. We do charge a pick-up fee of £29.95 here though, because we’ll need to send our delivery team back out to your address for collection.

If you’ve bought something from us outside the UK or Ireland, just get in touch with the store you bought it from – or with our international team if you bought it through them – and they’ll let you know how you can return or exchange it.

You can find the store’s details online here.
