Our attention to detail doesn't stop at our our products. Every aspect of our delivery service has been carefully considered so that you can be sure your furniture arrives promptly and safely.
When you make an order, you will be given an estimated delivery date. As soon as the items are available, we will then confirm or amend that delivery date by phone. On the day, the specially trained team of drivers from our delivery partner Careline, will deliver the order to your home and position it in the room you've chosen. If anything requires further assembly (our wardrobes, for example) then we will, of course, complete everything while we're there. Our drivers will also be able to answer any questions about the care of your furniture.
In addition, we will take away all of the external packaging from the items that we deliver and return it to our head office for recycling. We believe in doing whatever we can to reduce the environmental impact of our packaging and have introduced efficient recycling as a key step to making this happen.
