From our own, white-glove service for delivering larger pieces in the UK and Ireland, to our courier and international partners, rest assured that we’ve done everything we can to make sure your order gets to you on time and in one, perfect piece.
Delivery’s also entirely free if you’re in the UK and spend over £50 (or €100 in Ireland).
We believe that returns should be easy, which is why we approach them with a ‘no quibble’ mindset. And, you’ll also have 28 days to do so – just in case you need time to mull things over.
You want: easy-to-care-for pieces that you don’t need to tiptoe around. We’ve got: easy-to-read-through care guides that give you just that.
There can be some colour variation between different batches of our fabric – we try to make them as small as possible, but it’s something to be expected with natural fibres. If you’re using this fabric more than once in the same room, we recommend ordering as many metres as you need in one go - that way, we can make sure it’s all from the same batch.
A closer look at Emma
Where we see it
Emma makes a lovely accent to lift plainer fabrics, on cushions, Roman blinds or an armchair. But don’t be afraid to use it on a larger scale – the fabric may be light but it has enough weight and structure to make great curtains, and the gentle pattern looks good on a sofa as the repeat is very subtle.
55% linen and 45% viscose. The linen lends Emma its organic feel, while the viscose helps it to drape well (ideal if you’re using it for curtains). Together, they make a fabric that’s soft, light and strong.
A note on slubs
Joining natural fibres together creates raised parts in the thread, known as slubs. They’re not flaws, just part of the fabric’s character.
How it feels
Although it’s woven from fine yarn, Emma’s one of our more textured linens, soft not stiff, but with lots of raised threads and slubs running through the weave.
We make Emma in a few colours, each with quite a different feel. This one is Sage, which we’ve printed on a bleached background so the green’s freshness stands out better.
