The role

Neptune Chester, one of our stunning franchise partner stores can be found in the small village of Bridge Trafford, just five miles outside of the historic Roman city. Surrounded by acres of idyllic countryside and set in extensive gardens, Neptune Chester sees the beautiful conversion of the former Nag’s Head public house.


Our Home Specialists are so much more than sales assistants; they really are specialists in everything they do, from the outstanding service they provide our customers to their in-depth product knowledge. We're looking for an outgoing, customer focussed person who knows how to work effectively in a team. You will be able to work independently too but above all, put the customer first in everything that you do.

To make a real difference to a lot of people, every day, you will:

  • Ensure all customers are greeted and made to feel at home in the store
  • Assist in product display and visual merchandising as required
  • Offer advice and help our customers in the selection of suitable products
  • Process customer orders promptly and ensure timely and correct fulfilment



You'll be a genuinely caring and friendly person with a real passion for excellent service and stunning interiors. You'll have a keen eye for detail and will understand the importance of presentation, personally and in store. Our customers love our products so much that we keep our stores open for them seven days a week so flexibility to work over a weekend is essential.
