The role

The Neptune warehouse team run a technical, modern, highly efficient operation, coordinating the huge flow of items in and out of the business. Their aim is, ultimately, to get orders to our customers asquickly as possible, but always with great care.

Our warehouse, which sits next to our HQ in Wiltshire, is a bit like the hive of the company, constantly busy at any given time. But it's an enjoyable, multi-cultural place to work, always filled with music and with a relaxed kitchen area when a moment to unwind is needed, even if it's just for a quick cup of tea.

To further support this growth, we are recruiting for an experienced Team Leader.

We're looking for positive, intelligent and professional people who genuinely want long-term career growth. You will take a 'right first time' approach to ensure your team deliver and meet high standards set by the business.

Working on a rotating shift pattern of 6am -3pm and 12pm -9pm, you'll lead a team of dedicated individuals to by:

  • Guiding and motivating the teams' skills, knowledge and abilities to achieve their best
  • Planning, scheduling and assigning tasks to meet company KPI's
  • Encouraging and promoting continuous improvement in the Goods Out department
  • Being responsible for Health & Safety within your area and ensuring the teams compliance

It's essential that you have good computer skills in MS Office, along with excellent communication skills and ideally a PPT licence too!

What's most important to us is your proven ability in leading a team in a warehouse environment. You'll lead by positive example and really want to contribute to Neptune, a business that's really making waves in the market.
