Installation Project Manager - North

About this Role
We are looking for an Installation Project Manager to join our team working across the North of England. You will carefully manage multiple projects at any one time. You will be the core of what joins our designers, customers and installers together, clearly communicating progress at every step.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring our stores have the appropriate installation resource to offer all kitchens with an installation service and within the agreed time period
  • Managing and supporting all installation surveyors, feeding back information to the customer and store Designers accordingly
  • Supporting the training requirements within the business to ensure all Installers have completed the Neptune training process
  • Managing the physical customer service technicians to ensure they complete their work on time and to a high standard
  • Managing customer expectations are ensuring they are met

You'll bring previous hands-on experience of fitting and managing kitchen installation projects and a sound knowledge of the associated regulations such as gas, plumbing and electrical works. You'll have knowledge of MS Office and able to read and understand CAD design and architect drawings. You'll also have a good knowledge of health and safety.
