From brave beginnings in a Wiltshire barn in 1996, our UK team has grown to a team of 450 people and counting. We design and retail a beautiful collection of kitchens, luxury furniture and accessories for the home and garden. Our purpose built 140,000 sq. ft. UK Distribution Centre is home to our committed Warehouse Team. Pivotal to our business, they work extremely hard behind the scenes to help deliver a seamless service to our customers.
Due to phenomenal demand, we're now looking for Forklift, Reach Truck and High Level Order Picker Operators to join our team. You will be responsible for moving inbound and outbound stock safely, delivering against exciting but demanding customer expectations and ensuring all orders are dispatched on time and in line with our luxury brand standards.
In this fast paced role you will:
- Check the machinery and racks on a daily basis to ensure they are safe and ready to use
- Report to the Warehouse Supervisor on any defects or faults
- Complete all picking orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted
- Help develop more efficient ways to work
Ideally you'll already hold a reach truck, counterbalance forklift or high level order picker license although we can provide training if you hold at least one of these. Our working hours are primarily Monday - Friday working 3pm-12am. Life is fast paced here so you'll be flexible and adaptable in your approach whilst ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others in your team.
