Neptune are looking for an exceptional Product Marketing Manager to lead a small team in nurturing our products through its lifecycle, providing consistent product marketing direction and vision along the way. As Product Marketing Manager you will carry out a hands-on role, conducting extensive product research and demonstrating exemplary writing skills to produce an in-depth product marketing library. You will connect with our own internal design, development, and manufacturing teams alongside our network of world-wide suppliers.
Neptune are a British interiors brand - our stores and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, 'the why' and 'the how' almost matter more than 'the what'. It's easy to tell you what we do, but it's harder to explain why. So, our newly created Product Marketing team are responsible for researching and writing an exemplary in-house product knowledge base, communicating the story behind the design of our products, the materials used, the manufacturing process and most importantly the benefits to our customers.
In this brand-new role, you will focus on:
- Combining an excellent understanding of product design and manufacturing processes with outstanding journalistic skills
- Researching and producing comprehensive written product packages for our entire product range, detailing how and why each product was made, identifying how this design helps our customers live more happily and creating comprehensive in house briefs for the marketing team on how to communicate this information
- Creating and driving a content delivery strategy that aligns with internal stakeholder needs, whilst supporting and encouraging a small team with excellent leadership skills
No stone unturned - we are looking for a driven self-starter with a superb investigative ability to grasp the heart of the story of each and every one of our product designs and transform these findings into a high-quality product marketing package that is completed to exceptional standards. It's a formidable undertaking; so, you will need to be extremely organised and methodical in your approach and excel at working to written deadlines, with previous experience within a product marketing or copywriting type role.
If you have a strong affinity and passion for interiors and homeware products, an outstanding awareness in how to best communicate this to our customers along with excellent leadership and project management skills, then we would love to hear from you. You'll be surrounded by a team of intelligent and likeminded people in truly stunning offices based at our HQ in Wiltshire, we offer an attractive salary and a range of other company benefits. Please get in touch with your CV and current salary details.
