We're now looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to support our UX team. Your design and UX expertise will combine data-based decision making with excellent creative to deliver a digital experience that is both inspirational and highly functional.
What you'll be doing:
Develop polished mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate functionality/design
Provide clear design requirements and carry out handover with our development teams
Collaborate with fellow designers with our broader creative teams
Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs and components for our digital assets
Responsible for the ongoing development of our design system
Engage with the Neptune brand, customer, product and creative signature
What you'll bring:
Deep understanding of best practice UX approaches and how to apply them to deliver great intuitive experiences.
Experience in problem solving design which follows accessibility guidelines.
A solid understanding and passion for detailed interaction and information design
Proven experience in linking different workstreams and driving them forward in unison
You'll be an excellent communicator who is confident in presenting findings in a clear and compelling manner, with experience using Figma, Content Square, the Adobe suite and testing tools.
