Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract)

Neptune HQ, Swindon - Contract, full-time

The role

Neptune are a British-born and raised interiors and lifestyle brand who design and make furniture, lighting and accessories for the whole home and garden too. We're a humble, hard-working bunch that believes in doing the right thing and doing it together.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, initially on a 3-month fixed term contract basis.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, with your skill and your instinct being put to the test in seeking out those who share our values. We have a HQ including a warehouse, distribution bases and outlet store in Swindon and breath-taking retail stores across the UK. This means your days will be varied, recruiting the very best talent across the business including designers, retailers, IT experts, marketeers and distribution teams and many more.

We care deeply about what we do, and you'll join a super adaptable, agile and hugely proactive group of people in our People team. In order to become a success with us, you will:

  • Gain and share top-to-toe knowledge of every team and role for which you'll recruit, whilst employing a creative mix of methods to attract, assess and secure the very best people
  • Deliver an honest and effective service for our management team and candidates alike and manage the entire recruitment process from the outset to the day they join
  • Liaise closely with the wider People team to ensure everyone has a smooth and enjoyable experience when they join us
  • Build a pipeline of future Neptune talent

To be one of us you'll be an articulate, quick-witted and intelligent person with experience of talent acquisition from either an in-house or recruitment agency position, where integrity, diligence and candidate experience takes centre stage.

You'll enjoy working collaboratively and sharing ideas, having fun along the way, but also know when to get your head down and deliver great results. We're looking for someone with great attention to detail and sound administration skills and MS Office skills, along with previous experience using an ATS, ideally Bullhorn.

Our offices are based in Swindon, Wiltshire and are truly stunning plus we offer an attractive salary.
Please get in touch with us now with your up to date CV, cover letter with your current salary and why this is the right role for you.
