Neptune HQ, Swindon - Contract, full-time

The role

Neptune are a successful home interior brand based in Wiltshire with retail stores across the UK. As we continue to grow, we are entering a new exciting chapter in the way we work, with the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. As we approach the implementation phase, we are searching for a charismatic and experienced trainer to join us on a fixed term contract basis to support in the delivery of training sessions to our employees.

You'll support the delivery of courses over a four-week period within our warehouse and business function teams, both remotely over Microsoft Teams and in person at Neptune HQ in Swindon, Wiltshire. You will be a pro-active training partner with the ability to manage the delivery of courses, supported by our technical Programme Leads, you'll deliver pre-prepared training material, course introduction, facilitate classwork, encourage attendee participation and provide feedback following all training sessions.

In this pivotal role you will contribute to the successful delivery of training courses by:

  • Managing the delivery of training courses from initial set up, introduction and wrap around content
  • Facilitating attendee engagement throughout the course and during classwork exercises
  • Enhancing attendee experience by adding theatre, energy and creativity
  • Monitoring and reviewing the progress of attendees through evaluations and feedback
  • Facilitating lively discussion, feeding back Q&A, attendee progress and engagement levels

We're looking for an articulate, confident, and energetic person experienced in delivering group training, both face to face and remotely. As an outstanding communicator you will be able to engage attendees and facilitate discussion and classwork. Your course attendees should leave your sessions feeling confident, engaged, and ready for the transition to our Dynamics 365 system. Experience in presentation packages would be an advantage and previous experience of IT change programmes is preferable, but not essential. Training sessions will be delivered from 6th Sept to 1st October, so availability throughout this time is essential.
