Store Leader

Cambridge - Permanent, full-time

The role

You'll find Neptune Cambridge in the close-knit village of Harston, just outside this cultural and picturesque city. The building itself, the former Three Horseshoes inn, dates back to the early 19th century - though you'll find a twist on it with a contemporary, architecturally-sympathetic building next door, joined by a glass walkway. We've also decorated it from top to toe with our signature, understated aesthetic.

At Neptune, we believe it's just as important to keep our staff happy as it is our customers. We'd like to welcome a new Store Manager to our Neptune family.

Responsible for leading the store to success, you will motivate and inspire the team to provide World Class Service in everything they do. Living and breathing our brand values and always looking for opportunities to improve the experience for our customers.

We're a humble bunch and believe in doing the right thing, and doing it together, by:

  • Keeping customers and staff happy
  • Making smart financial decisions
  • Building trusting relationships
  • Sharing knowledge to develop others

To succeed, you'll be a confident and articulate leader with proven success as a business and team manager. An ability to be take ownership is crucial along with experience gained in a service focused environment.

Neptune…improving the customer experience.

We're fortunate to receive hundreds and hundreds of applications every week. You'll never receive an automated response from us - it's something that we find too impersonal - and while we try to respond to every email, the sheer volume sometimes makes that difficult. So, if you don't hear from us within 14 days, this means your application hasn't been successful but thank you for your interest.
