From our own, white-glove service for delivering larger pieces in the UK and Ireland, to our courier and international partners, rest assured that we’ve done everything we can to make sure your order gets to you on time and in one, perfect piece.
Delivery’s also entirely free if you’re in the UK and spend over £50 (or €100 in Ireland).
We believe that returns should be easy, which is why we approach them with a ‘no quibble’ mindset. And, you’ll also have 28 days to do so – just in case you need time to mull things over.
Though it’s great for using outside, it’s best to bring it in before you go to bed because rain will leave marks on the glass and steel.
A closer look at Mayfair
Pairing it with a candle
If you’d like to use your Mayfair tealight holder with one of our Forster tealights, the small size will fit perfectly.
As well as the removable glass shade, this lamp has a strong steel base and stem, which we’ve given a high-shine nickel coating. Nickel’s very like chrome, it just has a slightly warmer, subtler colour that’s more in-keeping with Mayfair’s vintage feel.
The making process
All our glass pieces are mouth-blown. It’s a traditional technique that leaves small air bubbles trapped in the glass. We fire-polish every piece to remove as many as we can, but we can’t remove them all. And we wouldn’t want to – it’s a mark of true craftsmanship.
Inspired by the 1920s Art Deco era, Mayfair is a contemporary take on cut-crystal glassware. Each piece in the collection – including this tea light lamp – has vertical lines etched into the glass for a look that feels quite understatedly glamorous.
