From our own, white-glove service for delivering larger pieces in the UK and Ireland, to our courier and international partners, rest assured that we’ve done everything we can to make sure your order gets to you on time and in one, perfect piece.
Delivery’s also entirely free if you’re in the UK and spend over £50 (or €100 in Ireland).
We believe that returns should be easy, which is why we approach them with a ‘no quibble’ mindset. And, you’ll also have 28 days to do so – just in case you need time to mull things over.
When it comes to designs upholstered in a made-to-order fabric or painted in a bespoke colour, there’s also a 20% returns/cancellation fee. We’d love to not have to charge a penny for this, but as they’re made just for you, we can’t always guarantee that we’ll be able to sell them again.
If you’ve bought something from us outside the UK or Ireland, just get in touch with the store you bought it from – or with our international team if you bought it through them – and they’ll let you know how you can return or exchange it.
And talk to our international team on +44 (0)1793 427 427 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.

The colours in our paint palette shown here are a close representation of their true shades, but to see the real thing, we suggest trying our sample paint pots.
This piece is made from natural timber, which will expand (slightly) and shrink (just a little) as it responds to the humidity and temperature in your room. We’ve used joinery techniques that’ll help to counteract this, but small changes in your piece are completely natural and to be expected. Just know that, in the very unlikely event that there’s a significant change to the structure, we’ll be here to help.
We’ve put together a series of guides on how best to take care of our pieces, so you can keep them looking as good as the day you first brought them home.
A closer look at Chichester
Quite a few of our coffee tables, like Chichester, have a lower shelf. It’s useful whether you want to keep the top clear, or use it as a place for bigger things like throws. On this table, it’s simply decorated with V-grooves, so it looks good when left bare, too.
Chichester’s base is made of tulipwood, a hardwood with a fine, knot-free grain that makes a smooth surface for paint. We use a mixture of spray-painted and hand-painted techniques, so the finish is as perfect and robust as can be. The top’s oak, which we use for its beautiful grain, knots and variations in tone. It’s protected with our IsoGuard® treatment oil in Natural Oak, which guards against marks without masking its character.
Where we see it
Chichester’s simplicity is great in relaxed living rooms, but it would also fit well into an open-plan kitchen, if you’ve added some seating space here.
