From our own, white-glove service for delivering larger pieces in the UK and Ireland, to our courier and international partners, rest assured that we’ve done everything we can to make sure your order gets to you on time and in one, perfect piece.
Delivery’s also entirely free if you’re in the UK and spend over £50 (or €100 in Ireland).
We believe that returns should be easy, which is why we approach them with a ‘no quibble’ mindset. And, you’ll also have 28 days to do so – just in case you need time to mull things over.
You want: easy-to-care-for pieces that you don’t need to tiptoe around. We’ve got: easy-to-read-through care guides that give you just that.
There can be some colour variation between different batches of our fabric – we try to make them as small as possible, but it’s something to be expected with natural fibres. If you’re using this fabric more than once in the same room, we recommend ordering as many metres as you need in one go - that way, we can make sure it’s all from the same batch.
A closer look at Grace
Where we see it
This version of Grace is a 45x45cm square, just right for softening dining chairs and benches, or with other sizes of cushion on a sofa. Try layering it with our Harris Tweed and Isla velvet textiles, Tussock sheepskin and Delilah Ink Boucle cushions for the cosiest of looks, full of inviting texture.
You won’t find the textile this cushion’s made from anywhere else in our collection – it’s one-of-a-kind, and a way to add in a completely different look to upholstery fabrics. It’s woven using a soft mix of linen and cotton on the warp and alpaca wool on the weft, which gives it alternating diagonal lines of fluffy and fine textures.
Mostly a classic oatmeal colour, Natural Twill is also speckled with the colours of the undyed alpaca wool. Look closely and you’ll spot browns and blacks, pale blue greys and sandy beiges. They make it easy to tie in with similar shades elsewhere in your room.
In the making
Weaving is such a big part of our making heritage here in Britain, that we knew we wanted to partner with a British company to create the specially-made fabric for this cushion. It starts out life at a micro-mill in Bristol, where the pattern is designed, then heads up to Lancashire to be made.
All our cushions come with duck feather-filled inner pads for just the right mix of plumpness and softness. They also have concealed zips in a tonal colour, and a small tan leather tag on the bottom corner – our signature finishing touch.
