Sefton is woven for us by a specialist Welsh maker that understands fine yarns. As it uses British wool, we believe it should be made on our shores as well.
A closer look at Sefton
Sefton is a mix of wool, alpaca and acrylic. The first two for warmth and softness, and the third for strength and a springy texture. You’ll notice fine strands coming through that make the throw feel extra fluffy – that’s a natural characteristic of alpaca. The stocking stitch we’ve used also looks pretty from the back.
Sefton comes in two colours – this one is Cobble, a grey marl with cool, silvery tones. The variations in the marl help bring out the yarn’s texture.
This is one of our larger throws – big enough to fit comfortably over a king bed or across a sofa, or to fold up for cosier layering.
