One of our favourite cooks Becky Wilkinson – who’s worked with the likes of Mary Berry and James Martin – has put together a selection of recipes that make the most of spring’s freshest ingredients. Whether at the kitchen table or in the garden, they’re all made with gatherings and sharing platters in mind.
Join Becky in store on Wednesday 8th June where she’ll be showing you how easy each one is to make. You’ll also be able to take home recipe cards so you can recreate the dishes yourself. There’ll be two demonstrations: one at 11am and another at 2pm.
