For the past five years, Jack’s been teaching bread-making in homes all over Surrey as well as through workshops and festivals, including at the Farnham Food Festival.
He’ll demonstrate how to create bagels and a spelt loaf from start to finish. You’ll also go away with the recipes for both as well as a dough scraper so you can make them yourself at home.
