Lerato is a British-Nigerian cook who writes a food column for The Guardian in Nigeria and creates private dining experiences, cookery classes and supper clubs in London and Sussex. She has a passion for food provenance, and loves to celebrate the marriage of African food and traditions with those from around the world.
