Material & making
Redford is hand-woven in Bangladesh, an area that has a strong history of basket making. Its making process, along with the fact that it’s created using a natural material, means that no two baskets will be exactly the same. As for the seagrass, it’s not only environmentally friendly, being quick growing, but also wonderfully varied in colour.
Not too big, not too small, this basket would make a great home for kindling beside your fireplace or for gardening shoes and plimsolls by your back door. It could also make an attractive storage place for children’s toys, or perhaps use it in a pantry cupboard where it can hold spare loo rolls or bags of coffee beans.
When it comes to smaller items, we don't hang around.
From our own, white-glove service for delivering larger pieces in the UK and Ireland, to our courier and international partners, rest assured that we’ve done everything we can to make sure your order gets to you on time and in one, perfect piece.
Delivery’s also entirely free if you’re in the UK and spend over £50 (or €100 in Ireland).
We believe that returns should be easy, which is why we approach them with a ‘no quibble’ mindset. And, you’ll also have 28 days to do so – just in case you need time to mull things over.
Taking care of Redford
Simply shake your basket outside to remove any dust, or use a vacuum with a soft bristle attachment. Try not to get it wet.
