We believe that returns should be easy, which is why we approach them with a ‘no quibble’ mindset. And, you’ll also have 28 days to do so – just in case you need time to mull things over.
Tap on the counter top to dislodge any dry crumbs. If you notice a spill, mop it up, then wipe again with a barely-damp cloth, and leave out to dry thoroughly before putting away. If it gets dusty, give it a quick hoover using the fine-nozzle attachment.
Each of these pieces is hand-made from natural materials, so a little variation in shape and colour is to be expected (and loved). Rattan doesn’t like to get wet, so if you’re planning on using Ashcroft in a bathroom, it’s best that the space is well-ventilated.
