From our own, white-glove service for delivering larger pieces in the UK and Ireland, to our courier and international partners, rest assured that we’ve done everything we can to make sure your order gets to you on time and in one, perfect piece.
Delivery’s also entirely free if you’re in the UK and spend over £50 (or €100 in Ireland).
We believe that returns should be easy, which is why we approach them with a ‘no quibble’ mindset. And, you’ll also have 28 days to do so – just in case you need time to mull things over.
When it comes to designs upholstered in a made-to-order fabric or painted in a bespoke colour, there’s also a 20% returns/cancellation fee. We’d love to not have to charge a penny for this, but as they’re made just for you, we can’t always guarantee that we’ll be able to sell them again.
If you’ve bought something from us outside the UK or Ireland, just get in touch with the store you bought it from – or with our international team if you bought it through them – and they’ll let you know how you can return or exchange it.
And talk to our international team on +44 (0)1793 427 427 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.

The colours in our paint palette shown here are a close representation of their true shades, but to see the real thing, we suggest trying our sample paint pots.
This piece is made from natural timber, which will expand and shrink slightly as it responds to the humidity and temperature in your room. We’ve used joinery techniques that’ll help to counteract this, but small changes are completely natural. In the unlikely event that there’s a significant change to the structure, we’ll be here to help.
We’ve put together a series of guides on how best to take care of our pieces, so you can keep them looking as good as the day you first brought them home.
A closer look at Henley
Tulipwood’s a strong, durable hardwood with a fine, almost knot-free grain, so it’s smooth when painted. We use a mixture of spray-painted and hand-painted techniques so the finish is as perfect as can be. Henley’s oak ledge and shelves have a more natural feel, with all the knots and colour variations that give the timber its character (read more on oak here).
To guard against scuffs, and so it matches the rest of the Henley collection, this cabinet’s treated with our IsoGuard® oil and a water-based top coat. Both are almost invisible, so it looks like the oak has been left completely natural.
The ventilated shelves are adjustable, resting on strong zigzag supports. The cable tidies are adhesive, so you can stick as few or as many of them to the cabinet as you like. And there are holes in the back of the cabinet so you can easily feed cables through (in the top cupboards, these are covered with caps so they’re hidden from view).
Where the screen goes
You can hang your TV inside the dresser with one of our wall mounts, which lets you pull it out and swivel it. We think this is a neater look, but you can also stand it inside. Either way, it’s big enough for a 42″ screen. There’s also a shelf that can go above or below the screen to hold a sound bar.
