The materials
There are lots of reasons to love pure wool. It’s strong and hypoallergenic, and it happens to be insulating and breathable too, so despite being thought of as a fabric only for cold months, it’ll keep you cool in summer too. It also holds its shape well, which makes it ideal for upholstery.
The colour
Our Teal colourway contains a combination of deep blues and grey flecks. We recommend pairing it with a similar tone like our Isla velvet in Kingfisher or with paler shades such as our Powder Blue paint.
Doing the right thing
Pure wool is an easy to care for fabric that’s not only a renewable source, but it’s also biodegradable and has a long life cycle. This is proven by its high rub count score which means it can withstand plenty of wear and tear (this is the number of times the fabric can be rubbed before the abrasion begins to break the yarn).
