With a shade displaying characterful birds perched on apple blossom branches, designer Jane McCall has captured the painterly style of the 20th century Bloomsbury Group creatives. The shade pairs with our elegant Highgate turned-wood table lamp, which can be customised with any of our paint colours.

Jane’s signature features on the shade.
Shade is digitally printed in the UK using eco-friendly inks.
For precision, the fabric is hand mounted onto the white frame.
Lamp made from lathe-turned tulipwood.
Clear inline switch sits along the grey braided fabric flex.
Lamp’s base is covered in black felt to prevent marks.
We recommend using the Latimer E27 bulb with Highgate.

Maker inspiration

“The post-impressionist Bloomsbury Group were influenced by nature and their surroundings, painting with the most beautiful colours,” Jane explains. “My designs are similarly inspired by what I see around me – my love for the natural world combined with my admiration for chinoiserie wallpaper led to my two designs for Neptune.”

If your order is over £150 (or €250 in Ireland), your delivery will be free.
For orders under £150 (or €250 in Ireland), it’s £6.95 (or €30 in Ireland).
If your order is available now for UK mainland delivery, we'll deliver it within 5-10 working days. Otherwise, it’ll arrive in the estimated time frame stated above and at checkout.
Furniture orders to mainland UK or Northern Ireland will arrive via our white glove service. We’ll unbox and position your items, assemble anything that’s needed and take away the packaging for recycling.
If you’re ordering outside mainland UK or Northern Ireland, items will be sent through our international delivery partners.
