Delphiniums flower between June and September, which is when they’re most at home inside too: with an abundant feeling that’s distinctly summery. They tower over the garden in summer, so the length of this one’s true to life, as are the toothed, slightly furry leaves and the curled, hand-painted petals. There’s also a wire inside the stalk, so you can bend it into place.
