Rosemary & Thyme Diffuser

• Once you’ve unpacked your new reed diffuser, carefully pour in the oil. Pop the reed sticks in the bottle and allow 24-36 hours for the scent to diffuse into the room.
• Turn the reeds every two weeks.
• All in all, the oil should last up to six months, depending on the heat of the room (drafts can make a difference too).
• Be sure to place your diffuser on a level surface, away from absorbent and delicate materials (such as fabric, furniture and wallpaper).
• If you spill any, clean it up as quickly as you can to avoid any damage.
• Keep out of the reach of little ones, and please don’t light the reeds or allow them to come into contact with heat sources or naked flames.

Delivery

Smaller parcel deliveries:

• Standard delivery fee: £6.95 for orders under £150 (€30 for orders under €250 in Ireland).
• Next working day delivery: £9.95, available on parcel deliveries to the UK only. Order before 2pm on a working day, no minimum spend.
• Free standard delivery: on orders over £150 (€250 in Ireland).

Standard parcel deliveries to mainland UK for in-stock items will arrive within 5 days via our approved couriers.

Larger furniture deliveries:

• Delivered through our Neptune Home Delivery Service, with charges based on the required service level. See our full delivery policy for details.
• Made-to-order or unavailable items will be dispatched upon arrival at our warehouse, or we’ll contact you to arrange delivery.
• International orders will be shipped via our trusted international delivery partners. See our full delivery policy for details.

Returns

• Made-to-order and painted-to-order designs cannot be amended, cancelled, or returned.
• Most items can be returned within 28 days of delivery, though courier or collection fees may apply.
• Cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund.
