Handwoven by skilled artisans, Elgin has a thick pile with a braided design that looks and feels welcoming. It’s woven from viscose and cotton, with the viscose giving it a subtle shine akin to silk. Available in soft neutral shades, Elgin is our cosiest rug that’s well-suited to bedrooms and living rooms.

    Care guide

    • Vacuum regularly without a brush attachment and occasionly shake the rug outdoors.
    • Tuck any loose threads back in with a needle or cut them carefully.
    • Try not to expose the rug to excessive sunlight or moisture.
    • For small marks, spot clean as soon as possible with a damp colour-fast cloth.
    • For further care, we recommend professional cleaning by a rug specialist.

    Delivery

    • If your order is over £150 (or €250 in Ireland), your delivery will be free.  
    • For orders under £150 (or €250 in Ireland), it’s £6.95 (or €30 in Ireland).
    • If your order is available now for UK mainland delivery, we'll deliver it within 5-10 working days. Otherwise, it’ll arrive in the estimated time frame stated above and at checkout. 
    • Furniture orders to mainland UK or Northern Ireland will arrive via our white glove service. We’ll unbox and position your items, assemble anything that’s needed and take away the packaging for recycling. 
    • If you’re ordering outside mainland UK or Northern Ireland, items will be sent through our international delivery partners.

    Returns

    • You can return most items within 28 days of delivery, but you may be charged for a courier or collection service.
    • If you cancel your order within 24 hours, you will be fully refunded
    • You are unable to amend, cancel or return made to order and painted to order designs
