Carnival Celeste

A lively, organic pattern of large-scale flora. Carnival Celeste was originally designed in the 1970s by Michael Szell (1930-2003). Today, the fabric is hand-printed by the same print house that worked with Szell and has been reimagined by Christopher Farr Cloth in fresh new colourways.

Behind the brand

Christopher Farr has been a pioneer of the textile industry for over 30 years, uniting heritage craft with a contemporary vision. Christopher Farr Cloth was created by Michal Silver in 2000, alongside Matthew Bourne and Christopher himself. Their collaborations with renowned designers around the world have resulted in a truly unique collection of fabrics, which are all printed in the UK.

If your order is available now for UK mainland delivery, we'll deliver it within 5-10 working days. Otherwise, it’ll arrive in the estimated time frame stated above and at checkout.
Furniture orders to mainland UK or Northern Ireland will arrive via our white glove service. We’ll unbox and position your items, assemble anything that’s needed and take away the packaging for recycling.
If you’re ordering outside mainland UK or Northern Ireland, items will be sent through our international delivery partners.
