The role
Kitchen Designer At Neptune Market Harborough, we believe kitchens should be beautifully lived-in spaces that sit at the heart of the home. We create homes by combining elegant design with everyday practicality, making the most of our exceptional cabinetry and thoughtful planning. You'll be guiding clients through one of the most important projects in their home, so building relationships and communicating clearly are just as important as technical ability. Role Purpose You will work closely with clients from the initial consultation through to the final design presentation, creating kitchens and interior spaces that are both functional and beautifully considered.
You will be involved in every stage of the design process, including space planning, cabinetry layouts, finishes, lighting, colour palettes and technical drawings. Our showroom is open six days a week, so you'll be flexible to work weekends as part of a rota.

- Support the Installation Manager with project coordination and administration.
- Help maintain a welcoming showroom environment for clients.
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about interiors, kitchens and great design. You'll enjoy building relationships with clients and helping them throughout their project. You'll be organised, confident managing several projects at once, and enjoy working within a collaborative team. Above all, you'll share our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and beautifully designed kitchens.
Essential Skills and Experience
