Kitchen promotion terms and conditions

A few things for you to know

In brief
From 9th July – 31st August 2025 spend £15,000/€15,000 on kitchen or laundry cabinetry and receive a free sink cabinet (RRP from £1,050). Spend over £25,000/€25,000, and you'll also receive a sink and tap from our collection. For purchases over £35,000/€35,000, we'll give you £2,000/€2,000 voucher to spend in store.

General

• The minimum spend to qualify for this offer is £15,000/€15,000 on Kitchen cabinetry only, this includes bespoke cabinetry.
• We’re only able to apply this offer to new orders and can’t include it alongside any other promotions, offers or discounts.
• If you choose to make the most of our design event, we’ll ask you to pay a £350/€350 design fee. This fee will be deducted from your final balance.
• If you decide to not proceed, the £350/€350 is non-refundable.
• Your 25% deposit will need to be paid during the promotional period.
• The qualifying spend excludes work surfaces, flooring, appliances, curtains, blinds, taps, installation, painting service and design fees.
• If your design has not been completed, during this period, you will need to pay £2,000/€2,000 to qualify for the promotion, this is payable on or before 31st August.
• You can only use this offer once per customer.
• This offer is only available through our participating stores (see the full list below).
• This promotion is not available at the Neptune Outlet, neptuneoutlet.com or neptune.com.

Redeeming your voucher

• We’ll issue your voucher once your Kitchen has been installed.
• You’ll only be able to redeem the voucher at the store that designed and installed your Kitchen.
• You’ll be able to use your voucher within six months of its issue date (which you can find printed on the voucher).
• You’ll have to use the full value of the voucher in a single transaction.
• You will only be able to use your voucher on new orders that contain accessories and Neptune furniture. You can’t use it on kitchen cabinetry, service fees, deposits, paint service, installation, bespoke, appliances, sinks, taps or work surfaces
