Neptune kitchen showrooms near Chelsea

Set on the north bank of the Thames, where Cheyne Walk faces the river across the Embankment, Chelsea is a district of early Georgian river houses, red-brick Victorian terraces, and artists' studio houses. Each one calls for a kitchen shaped to fit the space rather than fill it. Our nearest Neptune kitchen showrooms are a short drive away, with expert designers ready to create a kitchen built to last a lifetime.

Your nearest Neptune kitchen showrooms

Our three closest kitchen showrooms to Chelsea are Neptune Fulham, just 1 mile away, Neptune Chiswick, 4 miles away and Neptune Wimbledon, 5 miles away. Each showroom is home to a team of expert kitchen designers, with full displays of our cabinetry collections, paint finishes and hardware to explore in person. There is no better way to begin your kitchen journey than seeing and touching the quality for yourself.

Kitchens for Chelsea homes

Cheyne Walk's houses went up in the early eighteenth century, fronting the Thames directly until Bazalgette's Chelsea Embankment of 1874 put a road between them and the water. Inland, the Cadogan Estate built Cadogan Square between 1877 and 1888 on the grounds of the Prince's Club, in tall gabled red brick. Most of those houses are now high-ceilinged flats. Tite Street adds something rarer, the purpose-built artists' studio houses that followed the Embankment, with double-height rooms and mezzanines.

What these homes share is verticality. Rooms are stacked rather than spread, and a kitchen has to work in a footprint it cannot grow out of. Chichester's painted cabinetry and tongue-and-groove panelling suits the river houses along Cheyne Walk. Henley, in oak and painted timber, has the depth for the tall red-brick rooms around Cadogan Square. Suffolk's quieter Shaker lines stop a flat carved from one of those houses feeling crowded. Borough, being freestanding, can be arranged around the odd proportions of a studio house where fitted cabinetry would struggle.

Whatever your home, our designers take the time to understand your space, architecture, and how you live, creating bespoke kitchens across Chelsea, from riverside terraces to studio houses.

Why choose Neptune for your Chelsea kitchen

Every Neptune kitchen is made from sustainably sourced solid timber. No MDF, no chipboard. Just solid oak, tulipwood and hardwood ply, constructed using traditional mortise-and-tenon joints and dovetail drawers that are built to last not just years, but generations.

That commitment to quality is part of what we call our 100-year mindset: making kitchens designed to outlast trends, refurbishments and generations of family life. It's why we can offer a lifetime guarantee on every kitchen we fit through our approved installation teams. Should any cabinet warp or crack from natural wood movement, we will repair or replace it. It's a promise we've made with confidence since John Sims-Hilditch and Giles Redman founded Neptune in 1996.

Our designers bring that same care to every project. Rated 4.8 out of 5 on Trustpilot, with over 10,000 reviews, Neptune is consistently rated among the UK's highest-rated kitchen brands, not because we simply deliver a product, but because we guide you through every stage of the process, from your first free consultation to the final fitting.
