• Vacuum regularly without a brush attachment and occasionally shake the rug outdoors.
• Tuck any loose threads back in with a needle or cut them carefully.
• Try not to expose the rug to excessive sunlight or moisture.
• For small marks, spot clean as soon as possible with a damp colour-fast cloth and dry immediately.
• For a deeper clean, we recommend professional dry cleaning.

Smaller parcel deliveries:

• Standard delivery fee: £6.95 for orders under £150 (€30 for orders under €250 in Ireland).
• Next working day delivery: £9.95, available on parcel deliveries to the UK only. Order before 2pm on a working day, no minimum spend.
• Free standard delivery: on orders over £150 (€250 in Ireland).

Standard parcel deliveries to mainland UK for in-stock items will arrive within 5 days via our approved couriers.

Larger furniture deliveries:

• Delivered through our Neptune Home Delivery Service, with charges based on the required service level. See our full delivery policy for details.
• Made-to-order or unavailable items will be dispatched upon arrival at our warehouse, or we’ll contact you to arrange delivery.

• Most items can be returned within 28 days of delivery, though courier or collection fees may apply.
