Kitchen design fee promotion terms and conditions

Below you’ll find everything you need to know about the promotion. We always try to keep our terms and conditions as short as possible, and as free from technical speak and legalese as we can, so you’ll be able to read through them quickly and easily. In brief
From Friday 9th May – Monday 30th June 2025, if you pay your £350/€350 design fee for a new kitchen with us, we will gift you £100/€100 store credit to go towards your next purchase.


General

• You will need to pay your design fee by 30th June 2025, in order to qualify for £100/€100 store credit.
• You will need to use the entire £100/€100 in one transaction.
• You will need to spend your store credit by 31st July 2025.
• We’re only able to apply this offer to new orders and can’t include it alongside any other promotions, offers or discounts.
• If you decide to not proceed with your design, the £350/€350 is non-refundable.  
• You are unable to redeem the £100/€100 store credit against the following: work surfaces, flooring, appliances, curtains, blinds, taps, installation, painting service and design fees.  
• You can only use this offer once per customer.
• This offer is only available through our participating stores (see the full list below).
• This promotion is not available at the Neptune Outlet, neptuneoutlet.com or neptune.com.
• The promoter is Neptune (Europe) Ltd and/or the store of purchase.
• If you return items purchased with the store credit the refund will also be in store credit, but the expiry date will remain 31st July 2025.
• The store credit can only be spent in the store where you paid the design fee.
• The store credit is personal to you and can’t be gifted to another person.
