Our outlet is where you’ll find those Neptune pieces that we can’t include in our main collection. That might be because they have an imperfection or a non-essential part missing; because they’re custom pieces returned by our customers (perhaps because the colour wasn’t quite right); or because we’ve discontinued that design.

Sometimes, there will also be pieces we’ve taken on photoshoots or had on display in store, and occasionally there’s a one-of-a-kind sample too.

Our Swindon Outlet store is also home to The Provenist, where you can enjoy a coffee or leisurely lunch made with locally sourced food.

Neptune Swindon Outlet sits at the heart of our HQ, where our design story comes to life. Set within a modern industrial building, the space balances scale with serenity, combining clean architectural lines with the warmth and texture that define our collections. Step inside and you’ll find a calm, welcoming atmosphere that brings together our Swindon Store, Swindon Outlet, and The Provenist café – a place to enjoy coffee and cake, and take in the craftsmanship that runs through everything we do.
A team of experts
Here at the Neptune Outlet, we’re a team of seven. Jenny's our Store Leader, then there’s Abby, our Assistant Store Leader. Nataliya, Karen, Elizabeth and Rachel are our four Home Specialists. Whoever you chat to will be able to help with everything from measurements and delivery to more details on the piece you’re interested in.

Neptune Swindon Outlet is the perfect place to explore if you live in the Cotswolds, Chippenham, Oxford or the surrounding area in Swindon. Whether you’re planning on furnishing a room, purchasing home accessories or simply looking for design inspiration.

(Depending on your starting point in the Cotswolds, you’ll likely join the A419 / A420 network toward Swindon.)

Navigate to the nearest major route heading west toward Swindon (for instance via the A419 or A429 connecting roads).
As you approach Swindon, merge onto the M4 eastbound if that helps, heading toward Junction 16.
Exit at Junction 16 and follow A3102 into Swindon.
At the roundabout, take the turning into Ramsden Road, then next roundabout turn into Frankland Road. You’ll arrive at the outlet on the right.

Head west out of Oxford on the A420 toward Swindon.
Stay on the A420 until you approach the Swindon area, then follow signs toward the M4.
Take the exit onto M4 Junction 16 (signposted Swindon / Cirencester).
From the junction, take the A3102 toward Swindon.
At the roundabout, turn right into Ramsden Road, then at the next roundabout turn right again onto Frankland Road. The outlet and showroom will be on your right.
