Whole Home Promotion Summer 2026 - terms & conditions

Below you’ll find everything you need to know about the promotion. We always try to keep our terms and conditions as short as possible, and as free from technical speak and legalese as we can, so you’ll be able to read through them quickly and easily. In brief
From 19th June – 3rd August 2026 (23:59) spend £5,000/€5,000 on Neptune products and receive £500/€500 worth of vouchers, gifted 29 days after completion of delivery and/or installation.
General:
- The minimum spend to qualify for this offer is £5,000/€5,000 on any Neptune product. This includes bespoke cabinetry and renewed products but excludes the products listed below.
- We’re only able to apply this offer to new orders and can’t include it alongside any other promotions, offers or discounts.
- If you are a trade or commercial customer, you do not qualify for this offer.
- The qualifying spend excludes delivery charges, work surfaces, flooring, appliances, curtains, blinds, taps, installation, painting service and design fees.
- You can only use this offer once per customer.
- This offer is only available through our participating stores (see the full list below), or through our website neptune.com.
- This promotion is not available at the Neptune Outlet, neptuneoutlet.com.
- The promoter is Neptune (Europe) Ltd and/or the store of purchase.
Issuing & Redeeming your voucher:
- We’ll issue your voucher via the email you provide at time of your order. This will be sent 29 days after your final product has been delivered/installed.
- You’ll only be able to redeem the voucher in-store and online.
- This voucher cannot be redeemed alongside other promotions.
- Your voucher has an expiry date of 3 months from its issue date.
- You’ll have to use the full value of the voucher in a single transaction.
- You will only be able to use your voucher on new orders that contain accessories or Neptune furniture. You can’t use it on kitchen cabinetry, service fees, deposits, paint service, installation, bespoke, appliances, sinks, taps or work surfaces.
- Where an item purchased using a Whole Home Promotional Voucher is returned, any promotional voucher value applied to that item will not be refunded, reissued or credited. The promotional voucher value is non-transferable and cannot be used on a future order.
